SET A
Morning: Workshop Activity at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya
9:00 AM: Depart from the hotel to the activity location via VIP 10-seater van.
9:30 AM: Arrive at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya.
10:00 AM: The facilitator will lead the participants through activities designed to provide a new experience while enhancing creativity and skills (Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes).

List of Activities:
1. Pottery Making
2. Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) Lesson

12:00 PM: Lunch break
Afternoon: Team Building Activity at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya

1:00 PM: Arrive at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden for the team-building activity.

1:30 PM: The facilitator will divide participants into groups and begin the team-building activities, aimed at improving teamwork and strengthening relationships (Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes).

Team Division:
Activity 1: Divide players into 6 teams (5 members per team).
Activity 2: No team division, all participants form a circle and follow instructions from the facilitator.
Activity 3: Divide players into 2 teams (15 members per team).
Activity 4 - 5: Divide players into 6 teams (5 members per team).

3:00 PM: Activity summary, announcement of winners, and awarding of prizes.

SET B
Morning: Workshop at Ban Takian Tia Community, Pattaya - Chonburi
8:00 AM: Depart from the hotel to the activity location via VIP 10-seater van.
8:30 AM: Arrive at Ban Takian Tia Community, Pattaya - Chonburi.
8:40 AM: The facilitator will guide the participants in making traditional sweets. The group will be divided into 2 teams of 15 people each (Duration: 2 hours).

List of Activities:
1. Coconut Jelly (Thai dessert)
2. Seven-Colored Bua Loi (Rice Ball Dessert)

11:00 AM: Lunch break

Afternoon: Team Building Activity at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya

Terms & Conditions

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
