Good to know
This program allows employees to participate in a corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity where they can share their smiles with the community by donating goods and providing children with nutritious meals. Both the givers and the receivers will feel joy and fulfillment.
SET A: CSR Activity at Father Ray Foundation, Pattaya
Morning: CSR Activity at Father Ray Foundation
10:00 AM: Depart from the hotel to the activity location via VIP 10-seater van.
10:20 AM: Arrive at the Father Ray Foundation.
11:30 AM: Donate the items collected for the children at the foundation.
12:00 PM: Serve lunch to the children. This will ensure the kids at the foundation have nutritious meals.
1:30 PM: Conclude the activity and safely return to the hotel.
SET B: CSR Activity - Mangrove Forest Planting at the Ecotourism Mangrove Conservation Center
Afternoon: Mangrove Forest Planting Activity
1:00 PM: Depart from the hotel to the activity location via VIP 10-seater van.
1:30 PM: Arrive at the Ecotourism Mangrove Conservation Center in Chonburi.
1:40 PM: Participate in mangrove forest planting. The facilitator will provide saplings for participants to plant, helping restore and preserve the mangrove ecosystem. This activity also aims to increase awareness of environmental conservation and provide valuable knowledge and experience to the participants (Duration: 1 hour).
3:30 PM: End of the activity, and safely return to the hotel.
This package is designed for those looking to give back to the community through meaningful activities that benefit both the environment and local children.

Terms & Conditions
Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
