09:00 AM – Participants gather at the Bang Pu Army Natural Study Center, Samut Prakan Province, a large mangrove area in the region. This area has been planted and restored to preserve the richness of the mangrove ecosystem. Today, the Bang Pu mangroves are filled with various young trees and thriving wildlife. However, the global issue of waste pollution still affects this area, not only harming the natural scenery but also impacting plants with chemicals and causing wildlife to ingest microplastic. Participants will listen to a briefing by experts on the history, philosophy, and conservation of the Bang Pu mangroves, as well as the current environmental challenges facing the ecosystem.

09:30 AM – Guided mangrove tour: Participants will explore the beauty of the Bang Pu mangroves, experiencing the green forest close to the capital city. You will also observe the lifestyle of small animals living in this area, contributing to the ecosystem’s richness. Each participant will receive one bottle of drinking water. Afterwards, participants will join a CSR Mangrove Cleanup Activity at Bang Pu, helping to remove waste accumulated in the mangrove area. Equipment will be provided by staff, who will guide participants to designated cleanup points. Participants are free to collect waste at their own pace; the more waste removed, the healthier the mangrove ecosystem becomes.
Please wear closed-toe shoes suitable for working on the muddy mangrove ground.

11:00 AM – After the cleanup, enjoy light refreshments, including baked goods and herbal drinks.

11:30 AM – Conclusion of the activity. Farewell to all participants with lasting memories.

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:

All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
