Tour Package Highlights
Participate in a meaningful CSR activity by making herbal compresses, enjoy team-building games, and indulge in a creative chocolate-making workshop—all amidst the scenic beauty of Khao Yai.

Itinerary
Day 1: Bangkok – CSR Herbal Compress – Team Building Activities

07:30 AM:
Gather at the meeting point where staff will assist with travel arrangements and help with check-in.
08:30 AM:
Departure for Nakhon Ratchasima (Khao Yai) via VIP air-conditioned coach, with breakfast served (sticky rice with pork/chicken). (Distance: 149 km, approximately 3 hours).

Lunch: Enjoy a meal at Yung Khao Restaurant (Meal 2).

Afternoon: Engage in a CSR Herbal Compress Activity where you’ll learn to make herbal compresses from scratch. This involves selecting herbs, chopping them, and creating the compress using traditional techniques, including the use of Chao Ma fabric as part of the process. The compresses will then be donated to elderly patients, stroke victims, or community health workers, contributing to social well-being.

03:00 PM:
Team Building Activities at the hotel grounds (grass field).

Part 1: Ice Breaking (Approx. 20 minutes)
A quick ice-breaker game to help participants feel relaxed and get to know each other. In this game, each person must either find a "house" (group of 3 people) or be a "person" and find a house. If they fail to do so, they are “penalized” in a fun way.
Example activity: "Let's get to know each other." Participants have 3 minutes to find 12-13 team members who share something in common (e.g., same blood type, wearing glasses, similar favorite food, etc.).

Part 2: Fun Group Games
Teams will be formed randomly and rotate through various activity stations.

Examples of Fun Group Activities:
o Puzzle Game: Each team receives a jigsaw puzzle. The first team to complete it and identify the image wins points.
o Forbidden Word Game: Players wear sticky notes on their foreheads with a common word. The objective is to trick other players into saying the word on their forehead without saying it yourself. The last player standing or the one who guesses the word correctly earns extra points.
o Castle Building: Teams work together to build the strongest castle using plastic tubes. The team with the most members able to fit inside or the strongest structure wins.

05:00 PM:
End of team-building activities.

06:00 PM:
Enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant (Meal 3).

08:00 PM:
Free time to relax and unwind.

Accommodation: Parco Khao Yai or equivalent.

Day 2: Fancy Chocolate Workshop – Return to Bangkok

07:00 AM:
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant (Meal 4).

10:00 AM:
Check out from the hotel and head to Chocolate Factory for a Fancy Chocolate Making Workshop. Each participant will create their own chocolate bar with their preferred designs. During the workshop, a drink (as per the menu) will be served.

Lunch: Enjoy a set menu at Khao Yai Kitchen (Meal 5).

Afternoon: Time for shopping and buying souvenirs from the local area.

03:00 PM:
Depart Khao Yai for Bangkok (Distance: 155 km, approximately 2.5 hours).

05:00 PM:
Arrive in Bangkok with happy memories and new friendships.

• Meals ordered outside of the package.
• Alcoholic drinks.
• 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
