Itinerary

Day 1: Bangkok – Wat Tham Jang – Team Building Activities

07:00 AM: Meet at the designated pick-up point, where staff will assist with documentation and luggage.

08:00 AM: Departure for Hua Hin by VIP air-conditioned coach, with breakfast (sticky rice with pork/chicken). (Distance: 199 km, approximately 3 hours of travel).

11:00 AM: Visit Wat Tham Jang, a temple famous for its connection to the Naga (mythical serpent) legend. The temple houses the largest Naga statue in Thailand, built under the guidance of Phra Vichai Techathammo, the former abbot, who had a vision of a mysterious light in Nong Khai over 30 years ago. This led to the creation of Phaya Phet Kiri Mahamuni Sri Suthon Nakarach, a sacred Naga to unite the minds of the people and followers.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch at Chomview Seafood Restaurant.

Afternoon: Participate in Team Building Activities led by experienced instructors. These activities focus on improving communication and teamwork within an organization, fostering unity, and encouraging cooperation.

Activity Breakdown:

Part 1: Ice Breaking (Approx. 30 minutes)
A fun group activity to help participants relax and get to know each other. Seating is arranged in a U-shape, and group games will help break the ice and build connections. One example activity: participants must find 15 team members who share something in common (e.g., same blood type, same shirt color, birthday on the same day, etc.).

Part 2: Team Building (Approx. 2.5 hours)
Engaging teamwork challenges designed to improve collaboration and strategic thinking.

Example Activities:
- Tampo Leaping: Each team has 5 members who bounce a ball on a trampoline to send it to the other team. The team that reaches the finish line first wins.
Goal: Encourage team cooperation, focus, and planning.

- Dragon Fly: Teams of 10 participants are divided into two groups, with each group having 5 members. One member from each team rides a "dragon" (a large item) and runs to the goal before passing it to the next team member. The first team to finish wins.
Goal: Foster teamwork, sacrifice, leadership, and camaraderie.

-Quick Math: Team representatives, wearing bubble balls, must complete math problems by picking up numbers on the ground. The team that answers first gets the points.
Goal: Promote teamwork, concentration, and strategic planning.

04:00 PM: End of the activities.
Evening: Enjoy a delicious dinner at Baan Isara Restaurant (Meal 2).
08:00 PM: Free time to relax at leisure. Goodnight!

Day 2: Workshop: Fancy Chocolate Making – Return to Bangkok
07:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant (Meal 4).

10:00 AM: Check out from the hotel, then relax at Sundance Dayclub, where a complimentary drink (selected menu) will be served.

Lunch: Enjoy a set menu at Platu Restaurant (Meal 5).

Afternoon: Visit Baan Kanom Nantanwan, a popular souvenir and local delicacies shop. Enjoy shopping for local treats such as Khanom Mo Kaeng (Thai custard), cakes, and other specialties.

03:00 PM: Depart for Bangkok (Distance: 133 km, approximately 2.5 hours of travel).

05:30 PM: Arrive in Bangkok safely, bringing home fond memories.

• 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
