Morning: Team Building Activities at Chumchon Ban Tham Sue Homestay

10:00 AM: Depart from the hotel by VIP minivan (10-seat capacity).
10:50 AM: Arrive at Chumchon Ban Tham Sue Homestay, Cha-Am, Phetchaburi.
11:00 AM: Begin Team Building activities, divided into 3 bases with a variety of engaging games designed to build trust, communication, and teamwork within your group. (Duration: 1 hour)

12:00 PM: Enjoy lunch (Meal 1) before heading to the afternoon session.

Afternoon: CSR Activities at Chumchon Ban Tham Sue Homestay
The afternoon session offers various CSR activities aimed at contributing to the local community or the environment.

SET A: Seed Bullet Planting for Forest Restoration
1:00 PM: Learn how to create "seed bullets" used for planting trees. This eco-friendly activity contributes to forest restoration by helping "shoot" seeds into the sky, thus fostering a greener environment.
1:30 PM: Head to the forested area for planting activities.
2:30 PM: Return to Chumchon Ban Tham Sue Homestay.
2:40 PM: Enjoy a rubber boat ride through the lush forest, taking in the natural beauty of the area.
4:10 PM: Complete the activities and return to your accommodation.

SET B: Releasing Fish into the Phetchaburi River
1:00 PM: Depart from Chumchon Ban Tham Sue Homestay to the location for the fish release activity.
1:30 PM: Take a rubber boat ride along the Phetchaburi River, observing the surrounding forest and natural resources.
2:30 PM: End of the activity, and travel back to your accommodation.

SET C: Donating Supplies to Ban Nong Khao On School
1:00 PM: Depart for Ban Nong Khao On School.
1:10 PM: Arrive at the school and donate supplies to the students.
2:30 PM: End the activity and return to your accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
