Morning: Team Building Activity at Singha Park, Chiang Rai
8:00 AM: Depart from the hotel to Singha Park by VIP minibus (10 seats).

9:00 AM: Arrive at Singha Park, a popular tourist destination that offers a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The park is the perfect setting for engaging in team-building activities aimed at strengthening bonds and creating lasting friendships within the organization.
Activity Duration: 3 hours

Team Formation:
• Divide the participants into teams of 10 people, creating 3 teams in total. Each team will select a team color (e.g., Red, Green, or Blue).

Activities Include:
• Take a Photo Challenge: Teams will compete to take creative and fun group photos.
• Stretching Game: A physical activity that encourages team coordination and communication.
• Fill It Up Game: A teamwork-based activity that requires collaboration to achieve a common goal.
• Treasure Hunt: Teams will work together to solve clues and complete tasks to find hidden "treasures."

12:00 PM: Break for lunch.

1:00 PM: Summarize the activities, announce the winning team, and present awards to all participants.

1:30 PM: End of activities, followed by a safe return to the hotel.

Terms & Conditions

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
