This package focuses on encouraging employees to exchange their thoughts, perspectives, and ideas, embracing diverse viewpoints and fostering understanding within the team. It helps employees recognize and appreciate differences in thinking, improving communication and collaboration in the workplace.
Morning: CSR Activity at Doi Insee, Chiang Rai
9:00 AM: Depart from the hotel to Doi Insee by VIP minibus (10 seats).
10:00 AM: Arrive and begin the CSR activity at Doi Insee. The activity aims to raise awareness about the value of natural resources and contribute to the preservation of the environment. You will also participate in forest conservation activities under the supervision of trained staff.
Activity Duration: 2 hours
Activity:
• Dam Construction: A hands-on activity where participants work together to build a dam, helping with environmental conservation and ecosystem restoration.
12:00 PM: Break for lunch.
Afternoon: Team Building at the Hotel, Chiang Rai
2:00 PM: The facilitator will divide the group into teams and begin the Team Building activities. The first part will focus on ice-breaking activities to help participants relax and get to know one another. Then, the activities will encourage employees to exchange ideas and understand different perspectives.
Activity Duration: 2 hours
Activities Include:
• Market Game: A fun activity designed to encourage communication and quick thinking.
• Get to Know Me: A game that helps participants share their personal views and get to know each other better.
• Clay Star Creation: A creative activity where participants craft a star out of clay, symbolizing different perspectives.
• Colorful Beads: A team activity that emphasizes teamwork and understanding individual preferences.
4:00 PM: Summary, announce the winners, and present prizes to all participants.
4:30 PM: End of activities and return to the hotel.

Terms & Conditions
Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
