Itinerary:
Route: Bangkok – Mulberry Khao Yai – Varin Wellness Club – Journey Café Khaoyai – Bangkok

07:00 AM – Group meets at the designated meeting point. Staff will greet and assist participants for the journey.
08:00 AM – Depart for Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima — a lush destination surrounded by peaceful natural landscapes. Just a short distance from Bangkok, Khao Yai offers a great escape to relax, reflect, and restore physical and mental well-being.
Travel in comfort via a VIP air-conditioned van. A Snack Box will be provided during the journey (Meal 1).
Distance: Approx. 84.3 km | Travel time: Around 1.5 hours

Midday:
Lunch at Tawee Farm (Meal 2), an organic farm nestled in the forest. Enjoy a health-focused menu featuring ingredients harvested directly from the garden — meals rich in nutrients and natural flavors.

1:00 PM – Visit Mulberry Khao Yai Farm, a local mulberry orchard (also known as “mon” in Thai). These berries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and essential nutrients that benefit your health.
Enjoy a mulberry picking activity — spend your free time harvesting fresh berries directly from the farm. Each participant will receive one box to collect berries and take home as a souvenir.
After the activity, enjoy a refreshing mulberry ice cream, made with berries from the farm — a sweet-and-sour treat to cool you down and lift your spirits.

2:00 PM – Visit Varin Wellness Club for a Traditional Thai Massage.
This therapeutic massage technique, recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, helps relieve muscle pain and tension while promoting better blood circulation and overall relaxation.
Then, unwind at Journey Café Khaoyai, a beach-club-inspired café that feels like an oasis amidst the mountains. Enjoy a complimentary refreshing drink (1 per person) while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere.

3:00 PM – Begin your return journey to Bangkok.
Distance: Approx. 98.6 km | Travel time: Around 2 hours

5:00 PM – Arrive safely in Bangkok with great memories and a refreshed spirit.

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
