Program: CSR Activity – Grow Mushroom Blocks for Students' Lunches

Gather at the designated meeting point. A local coordinator will warmly welcome all participants and introduce the CSR Mushroom Cultivation Activity, aimed at supporting school lunch programs in nearby communities by helping reduce food costs.

Each participant will contribute by growing 3 mushroom blocks. You will learn about the different types of mushroom cultivation, including blocks made from rice straw and sawdust. The hands-on activity covers the complete process of preparing the blocks and inoculating them with mushroom spores.
Afterward, you will present the mushroom blocks to a local school on your behalf, where students will continue to care for the blocks and later harvest mushrooms to use as ingredients in their future school meals. Student representatives will be present to receive your contributions.

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
