Program: Takhian Tia Community – Coconut Shell Chicken Curry Workshop

Arrive at Takhian Tia Community, a village known for preserving its traditional culture. This fertile area has access to water all year round, allowing rice farming to be the main occupation for generations. Later, the locals turned to coconut farming, which eventually became the community's primary economic crop.
With urban expansion, land in this area was gradually sold off for real estate development. As a result, the coconut groves began to dwindle. In response, the residents of
Takhian Tia decided to conserve the remaining coconut forest and turn it into a local learning and cultural tourism center, using coconut as the symbol that ties their lifestyle and heritage together.
You will be welcomed with a signature coconut Americano and traditional Thai sweets, made from local produce.

Join a hands-on cooking workshop to create the community’s signature dish: Coconut Shell Chicken Curry – a popular local recipe made by stir-frying tender chicken with spicy curry paste inside a soft coconut shell.
Participants will go through the entire process:
• Preparing the curry paste
• Cutting and prepping ingredients
• Selecting fresh local produce
• Cooking the dish from scratch
This is a unique cultural culinary experience you won’t find elsewhere.

Enjoy free time playing disc golf among the coconut trees, a relaxing activity in the natural surroundings.
12:00 PM
Savor a local-style lunch prepared by the community chef, using authentic regional ingredients and recipes.

End of program. Farewell and thank you for visiting with warm memories.

Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
