Experience fun and memorable team-building activities designed to foster collaboration and enjoyment in the beautiful province of Rayong.

Itinerary
Day 1: Bangkok – Team Building at the Beach

07:30 AM:
Meet at the designated point. Our staff will welcome you and ensure safety protocols are followed (temperature checks and hand sanitizers on the coach).

08:30 AM:
Depart for Rayong (Distance: 156 km, approx. 3 hours).

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at Mee D Farm Poonim, Rayong (Meal 2).

01:00 PM:
After lunch, head to Rayong Botanical Garden for a relaxing walk among the lush greenery.

01:30 PM:
Continue to The Toy Group Resort Rayong, where the team-building activities will begin. Participants will be divided into 6 teams randomly, with each team selecting a leader. The activities will take place at the beach and last for about 2 hours.

Activity Breakdown:
Part 1: Ice Breaking (Approx. 30 minutes)
This fun, informal session helps participants get to know one another through light-hearted games and activities.

Activity Example: Let's Get to Know Each Other!
In this game, each person must find common traits with team members (e.g., same blood type, same favorite food, similar clothing, etc.). The goal is to break the ice and feel more comfortable with one another.

Part 2: Fun Team Games

Magic Carpet:
Teams choose a leader who drags a "magic carpet" while the others hop along to keep the carpet moving forward. The team that reaches the destination first wins.

Sack Race:
Teams will race while jumping inside sacks, trying to be the first to cross the finish line. The first team to complete the race wins.

Fill to the Top:
Teams work together to fill a long tube with water. One team member brings water while others plug any leaks. The first team to fill their tube wins.

Ball Toss:
Teams choose a representative to hold a basket, and the rest of the team will try to toss balls into the basket while preventing the other team from doing the same. The team with the most balls in the basket wins.

04:00 PM:
End of team-building activities.

06:00 PM:
Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Meal 3).

08:00 PM:
Check-in at The Toy Resort Rayong (or equivalent).

Day 2: 100 Pillars Market – Return to Bangkok

07:00 AM:
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

09:30 AM:
Check out from the hotel, and we begin the return journey under the care of Billion Destination.

Lunch: Enjoy a set menu at Je Tai Poo Pen Seafood (Meal 4).

Afternoon:
Visit the 100 Pillars Market (Ban Phe), a large market offering a variety of food, souvenirs, and dried seafood products, including salted fish, dried squid, shrimp, fish sauce, and tropical treats like crispy durian and mangosteen.

03:00 PM:
Depart for Bangkok (Distance: 178 km, approx. 3 hours).

07:00 PM:
Arrival in Bangkok, marking the end of the trip with fond memories.

Exclusions

• Personal expenses (e.g., telephone charges, souvenirs, beverages).
• Meals ordered outside of the package.
• Alcoholic drinks.
• 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.

Terms & Conditions

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:
Please send the transfer slip, including your name and contact number, via email to ar@billiondmc.com

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
