1️⃣ Elephant Conservation Center – Ban Ch. Elderly Elephant Home
This project addresses the issue of stray elephants. Volunteers can participate in caring for the elephants, including feeding, preparing sticky rice for the elephants, and bathing them. Participants will also gain direct knowledge about elephants from expert caretakers.
2️⃣ Khao Salakpra Wildlife Sanctuary
This sanctuary is renowned for its lush grasslands, which serve as food sources for over 352 species of wildlife. Visitors can join activities such as firebreak construction, grass planting, and seed bombing to help restore and maintain the ecosystem.
3️⃣ Khao Nam Phu Nature and Wildlife Study Center
The first and only safari-style nature and wildlife study center in Kanchanaburi. Volunteer activities here include building artificial forest gaps, tree planting, and constructing check dams to support forest conservation.
4️⃣ Elephant Haven Thailand – Sai Yok Elephant Camp
An eco-tourism destination where visitors can get up close with Thailand’s national animal. Activities include feeding elephants, planting banana trees for them, and bathing them, offering a hands-on and meaningful experience with these majestic animals.
