Itinerary
Day 1: Bangkok – CSR Mangrove Planting at Sirindhorn National Park – Team Building Activities
7:00 AM: Meet at the designated departure point. Our staff will greet you and assist with travel arrangements. For safety, we will conduct a temperature check in line with SHA (Safety and Health Administration) standards. Alcohol gel will be provided on the bus for hand sanitation.
7:30 AM: Depart from Bangkok and head to Prachuap Khiri Khan.
9:30 AM: Arrive at Sirindhorn National Park for a CSR mangrove forest planting activity. Together, we will plant mangrove trees at the International Environmental Park Sirindhorn to restore the local mangrove ecosystem. This initiative aims to enhance biodiversity and make the park a valuable learning resource for mangrove restoration and conservation.
12:30 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant, served in a set menu style (8 guests per table).
2:00 PM: Proceed to the hotel for Team Building Activities led by experienced facilitators. The goal is to enhance communication, teamwork, and cohesion within your organization. Participants will be divided into 5 groups, with each group selecting a team leader.

4:30 PM: Wrap up the team-building activities. Participants will have free time to relax, check into their rooms, or prepare for the evening's events.
6:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Day 2: Amphawa Floating Market – Return to Bangkok
Amphawa Floating Market – Return to Bangkok
8:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
11:00 AM: Check-out and depart for Amphawa Floating Market.
12:00 PM: Arrive at Amphawa Floating Market, a popular tourist destination in Samut Songkhram Province. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and rich local culture, this market offers delicious local dishes, souvenirs, and a glimpse into life by the riverside.
Activities at the Floating Market:
o Try local savory and sweet dishes.
o Browse souvenir shops and interact with the friendly local vendors.
o Take a boat ride along the Mae Klong River for scenic views.
2:00 PM: Depart Amphawa and head back to Bangkok.
5:00 PM: Arrive back in Bangkok, concluding the trip with great memories and new team bonds.

Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
