Program: Team-Building Activities at Vana Nava Water Jungle

10:00 AM: Group assembly at Vana Nava Water Jungle, the first tropical rainforest-themed water park in Asia, located in Hua Hin over an expansive area of 20 acres. The park features 20 different water attractions to enjoy. This activity offers a unique experience for team building, bonding through fun and engaging activities. It includes both Dry Zone (non-water activities) and Wet Zone (water-based activities), all designed for maximum fun and excitement with world-class standards.
The team-building activities will be divided into two sessions:

Session 1: Ice Breaking (Duration: 20 minutes)

This activity will help participants relax and bond through group activities. The facilitator will guide you in ice-breaking games to help everyone feel comfortable and have fun. The games will encourage the participants to divide into teams.
Activity 1: Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Participants will have 3 minutes to find 10 members of their team based on shared characteristics, such as:
• Same blood type
• Wearing glasses
• Both love spicy basil stir-fry
• Wearing the same color watch
• Have the same last digit on their ID number
• Share the same birthday
• Wearing the same color shirt
• Having similar short hair, etc.
 
Session 2: Fun Group Activities
These activities will teach teamwork, planning, and collaboration. Participants will be divided into teams using a random selection method and rotate through different activity stations.

Activity 2: Balloon Fun
Each team will place balloons on different parts of their bodies. Then, the team must transport the balloons from the starting point to the destination without using their hands. If the balloon falls, the team must return to the starting point. The team that reaches the finish line first wins.

Activity 3: TikTok
Numbers will be posted at various spots along the Rope Course. Each team will randomly draw a number and assign 2 representatives to go up and collect the numbers and symbols (+, -, x, %) from the course. The team must then combine the numbers to match the drawn result.

Activity 4: Find for Fin
Participants will float down the Lazy River and observe various images placed along the route, such as pictures of objects or animals. Each participant must try to remember as many images as possible. When they reach the end, the facilitator will ask them to identify specific animals, such as "Name 6 animals you saw along the way."

Activity 5: Meet or Greed
This activity tests emotional control. Participants will ride a thrilling amusement ride and observe picture signs or messages held by the team. When the ride reaches its highest point, the participants must answer questions correctly, or remain silent at the peak without screaming.

Lunch: Enjoy a buffet lunch (including soft drinks) at The Grove.

4:30 PM: End of activities.

Inclusions

• Activity facilitator and team to assist throughout the program
• Ice-breaking and team-building activities (6 activities in total)
• Equipment for all activities and travel costs for the facilitator
• Full support by staff throughout the journey
• Venue charges for activity space
• Travel accident insurance (1,000,000 THB for death or loss of limbs, 500,000 THB for medical treatment)

Exclusions

• Travel costs to the activity location
• Meals or additional activities outside the program
• VAT (7%) and withholding tax

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
