Day 1: Bangkok – Pattaya Sheep Farm – Team Building Activities
Morning:
The group meets at the designated pick-up point. Staff will welcome you and assist with travel arrangements. For safety and in accordance with SHA standards, temperature checks will be conducted before boarding the coach. Hand sanitizers will also be available on the bus.
8:00 AM: Depart for Chonburi Province (approximately 112 km, 1.5 hours travel time).
You will visit Pattaya Sheep Farm, the largest sheep farm in Pattaya. Here, you can explore the whimsical surroundings that feel like stepping into a fairy tale. Enjoy feeding and interacting with various cute animals, including sheep and other species.
12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant (Meal 1).
After lunch, check in to the hotel for rest and relaxation.
2:00 PM: Team Building Activities led by experienced facilitators.
These activities are designed to help improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and strengthen teamwork within organizations. You will be divided into 5 groups, randomly assigned, with each team selecting a team leader. The activities are tailored to help foster stronger inter-team relationships and create a sense of unity.
Activities Overview:
Session 1: Ice Breaking (Approx. 30 minutes)
Participants will engage in games to relax and break the ice. The activity will help attendees get to know each other and feel more comfortable.
Session 2: Fun Games on the Beach
These beach-based games will teach teamwork and cooperation. Participants will rotate between stations and compete in various fun challenges.
Examples of Fun Games:
- Sack Race
- Water Relay
- Ball Sharing
- Unity Wheel
- Sandcastle Building
Activity Duration: 3 hours
5:00 PM: End of team-building activities. Free time to relax and prepare for the evening’s dinner and social gathering.
6:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Meal 2).
10:00 PM: Time to rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Day 2: Nong Mon Market – Return to Bangkok
8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel
10:00 AM: Check-out from the hotel.
12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant
1:00 PM: Depart for Nong Mon Market, a well-known market in Chonburi famous for local souvenirs and fresh seafood. Don't miss the opportunity to try the famous Nong Mon sticky rice (Khao Lam) and explore the market for unique local goods.
3:00 PM: Depart for Bangkok (approximately 59.1 km, 1 hour travel time).
5:00 PM: Arrival in Bangkok with cherished memories from the trip.

Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
