Help restore balance to the sea through a meaningful CSR activity, enjoy fun team-building games, and relax at the beautiful 3 Mermaids Cafe while taking in panoramic views of the sea in Pattaya.
Itinerary
Day 1: Bangkok – CSR Restoring Balance to the Sea – Team Building Activities at the Beach
07:30 AM: Gather at the meeting point. Our staff will welcome you and assist with the travel preparations.
08:30 AM: Depart for Chonburi Province (Pattaya) by VIP air-conditioned coach. Breakfast (sticky rice with pork/chicken) will be served on board.
(Distance: 169 km, approx. 2.5 hours).
11:00 AM: Arrive at Tawanron Beach and learn about the importance of marine conservation and the balance of our seas. You’ll participate in a CSR activity aimed at restoring marine ecosystems, such as releasing marine life, including sharks, shrimp, crabs, and other important species, to help sustain the balance of Thailand's ocean life.
Lunch: Enjoy a seafood feast at Lung Sai Seafood
02:00 PM: Head to Heritage Pattaya hotel and begin your Ice Breaking session led by experienced facilitators. Participants will be divided into 6 teams randomly, and each team will elect a team leader to guide the group through the beachside activities. The team-building session will last for about 2 hours.
Activity Breakdown:
Part 1: Ice Breaking (Approx. 30 minutes)
This session will focus on breaking the ice and getting participants comfortable with each other. The facilitator will lead a fun ice-breaker game where members of each team have 3 minutes to find common traits (e.g., same blood type, same favorite food, etc.).
Part 2: Fun Group Games
Activity 1: "Close Your Eyes, Listen and Answer" – Each team will be given one pair of headphones. Players will wear the headphones and listen to music while trying to answer questions with two possible answers.
Activity 2: "Forbidden Words" – Each participant will wear a sticky note with a common word. The challenge is to trick others into saying the word on your forehead, but you can't say it yourself. The last person standing or the first to guess the word will earn points.
Activity 3: "Superman Race" – Teams will race while wearing a pair of team underwear (with one member putting it on and passing it to the next person). The first team to finish wins.
04:00 PM: End of team-building activities.
06:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant
08:00 PM: Check-in and free time at Heritage Pattaya (or equivalent).

Day 2: 3 Mermaids Cafe & Restaurant – Motorway Souvenir Stop – Return to Bangkok
07:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant
10:00 AM: Check out from the hotel and head to 3 Mermaids Cafe & Restaurant. This chic café sits on Khao Phra Tamnak hill with panoramic views of the sea, offering a relaxing vibe and beautiful ocean views. It’s a great spot for photos and a casual moment with "mermaids" while enjoying drinks.
Lunch: Enjoy a set menu meal at Je Juk Restaurant 3
Afternoon: On the way back to Bangkok, stop at the Motorway Souvenir Stop for shopping. Guests will have free time to pick up souvenirs and local specialties.
03:00 PM: Depart for Bangkok (Distance: 155 km, approx. 2.5 hours).
05:00 PM: Arrival in Bangkok, bringing the trip to a close with fond memories.

Important Payment and Service Terms
The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:
Payment Method:
All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”
The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.
The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
Payment Schedule:
100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Payment Confirmation:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
