ADVENTURE TIME: Goal-Conquering Mission

Good to know

09:00 AM – Participants gather at Salika Adventure Point, the venue for team-building activities. The adventure activities are designed to challenge teams through various stations, encouraging members to overcome obstacles together. Participants will be divided into teams using a ribbon draw – those who pick the same color ribbon will be on the same team.

09:30 AM – Begin the ADVENTURE TIME Team-Building Activity, designed to enhance teamwork, planning, and collaboration. Participants will be divided into teams and engage in exciting adventure challenges that require coordination, strategy, and problem-solving.

Sample Activities:

Activity 1: I’m Your Bodyguard
How to play: Each team member is randomly assigned a role via cards. Roles include:
Mafia: Protect key items during the activity.
Bodyguard: Protect the Mafia from opponents.
Spy: Either sabotage or assist teammates secretly.

After roles are assigned, teams have 3 minutes to plan strategies to protect the Mafia and accomplish their objectives. All roles are secret except for the Mafia, who must reveal their card. Teams then act to defend the Mafia and challenge opposing teams within the allotted time.

Scoring:
Successfully protecting the Mafia: +10 points; failure: -10 points
Remaining team members after activity: +1 point per person
Spy sabotages own team: opposing team +1 point per affected member
Spy assists own team: +5 points
Mafia survives: special points indicated on the Mafia card
Identifying the Spy: +10 points
Expected Outcome: Develops planning, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Activity 2: Go Kart Racing
How to play: Each team selects 3 representatives per race, playing 2 rounds. Teams with the best average time per round win. Remaining team members predict the representative’s average time; the closest prediction earns bonus points.

Expected Outcome: Enhances forecasting, communication, and collaborative decision-making skills.

Activity 3: ATV Challenge
How to play: Teams pair members for ATV rides, choosing their preferred vehicle color. Teams navigate a designated course. Scores are awarded based on ATV color: Red = 1 point, Yellow = 2 points, Blue = 3 points. Points are tallied to determine the winning team.

Expected Outcome: Fun, team bonding, and shared experiences within the organization.

11:30 AM – Facilitator summarizes results and announces the winning team of the team-building activities.

12:00 PM – End of activities. Farewell to all participants with lasting memories.

Inclusions

⦁ Fees for Ice Breaking and Team-Building Activities (3 activities: Adventure and Group Activities)
⦁ Equipment and Transportation Fees for all activities and facilitators
⦁ Venue Rental Fees for the activity site
⦁ Paintball Activity Fee
⦁ Go-Kart Activity Fee
⦁ ATV Activity Fee on the designated course (2 participants per vehicle)

Exclusions

⦁ Guest Speaker / English-Speaking Facilitator Fee
⦁ Transportation to the Activity Venue
⦁ Refreshments, Activity Prizes, and Other Personal Expenses (e.g., phone, souvenirs, drinks, etc.)
⦁ Value Added Tax (VAT) 7% and Withholding Tax 3%

Important Payment and Service Terms

The company would like to inform clients and service purchasers of the following important terms:

Payment Method:

All payments must be made via the company’s bank account under the legal entity name “Billion Destination Co., Ltd.”

The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses if payment is made to any other individual or entity.

The company does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Payment Schedule:

100% payment before travel, or Split payment into two installments (depending on the travel date):
⦁ Deposit: 70% of the invoice within 7 days of issuance
⦁ Balance: 30% of the invoice at least 1 month before travel

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Cancellation must be notified to the company at least 30 days before the travel date.

Cancellations after 30 days prior to travel will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Additional Terms:

1. Service rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate. The company reserves the right to adjust prices if the Thai Baht fluctuates near the travel date.
2. If immigration authorities of the destination country deny entry or exit for any reason, this is beyond the company’s control, and the company reserves the right not to refund any payment, partially or fully.
3. The company is not responsible if Thai immigration authorities refuse entry documents to foreigners residing in Thailand.
4. The company is not liable for costs due to force majeure events such as flight/ship/train cancellations or delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
5. The company acts as a representative to claim compensation from hotels or transport operators for lost luggage during travel, but will not be responsible for the loss itself.
6. If a participant chooses not to use any service, in whole or in part, during the trip, it is considered a waiver of rights, and no refund can be requested.
7. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary as appropriate based on circumstances, prioritizing safety and the best interests of clients.
